The apartment is located on a semi-basement level, but the large windows and excellent exposure make it bright and pleasantly airy throughout the day.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

They will be provided with keys for both the building entrance and the apartment door, which must be returned upon departure.

There are no specific time restrictions for entering or leaving the apartment—only the common courtesy expected in a residential building.

Other things to keep in mind

The apartment will normally be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Early check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

For arrivals after 8:00 PM, an additional €20 fee will apply.

The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

Keys for both the building and the apartment will be provided and must be returned upon departure.

In case of lost or damaged keys, guests will be responsible for covering the cost of replacement.

Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment.

Under no circumstances may the number of guests exceed the number stated in the reservation.
